Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented team player to join our Accounting team as a full-time Title Office Clerk!
We are a high volume, multi-franchise dealership in East Rochester.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 5-day workweek, Monday - Saturday
- Sundays off plus one weekday off each week (weekday off is flexible and can be decided on upon hire)
- Weekday shifts will be 8:30am - 5:30pm preferably (will consider 8:00am - 5:00pm if needed)
- Saturday shift is 9:00am - 5:00pm
- $34,000 - $44,000 annual range for base pay, based on experience level
- Monthly bonuses based on performance
The Title Clerk verifies and prints all paperwork needed to deliver a vehicle and prepares legal transfer documents for the DMV.
Job Duties Include:
- Billing of new and used retail, and wholesale vehicles
- Processing all related motor vehicle paperwork
- Maintain all required NYS records.
- Must be extremely detail oriented, accurate and organized
- Title Clerk experience is highly preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic, dependable and a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, learn quickly and work with technology
- Should have basic computer knowledge/comfort with technology
