Responsibilities include:

• Support company efforts as identified by KPIs (on the breakroom TVs)
• Uphold mission statement
• Maintain appropriate documentation standards as needed by the food safety and quality program.
• Maintain GMPs as well as provide leadership in modeling good food safety and quality practices
• Offer suggestions and improvements to improve quality and food safety
• Participate in food safety and quality training as scheduled
• Maintain confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Report unsafe practices in any of the following areas: personal safety, product safety, product quality, potential contamination issues (unintentional or intentional)
• Be a gatekeeper for the facility to ensure protection of people and product from unauthorized visitors and report of any suspicious behavior
• Primarily work on the production line and provide support wherever needed in the production process
• will cross on all level 1 positions within the department

• Reworking
• Scaling
• Loading
• Trussing

• Promote a safe work environment and commitment to a safe workplace for all
• Comply with Cooks Venture policies and regulations regarding safety, food safety, environmental sustainability, animal welfare, ingredients, and any related item

• Follow Cooks Venture values to develop and maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees
• Perform other projects, initiatives, and tasks as directed by leadership

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may bend, stoop and be on feet for extended periods of time; will move between hot and wet environment to cold and wet environment
