Provide initial general orientation for Staff Aug personnel, serves as the “in person” contact for contractual concerns and related matters, ensure subcontractor awareness and compliance with site regulatory programs/procedures as such are reviewed and understood, document various on-boarding requirements for staff augmentation subcontractors to ensure compliance to the terms of the contract are met, assist staff augmentation personnel with required weekly submittals for compensation, affirmation of weekly time and attendance time submittal authenticity, processing weekly time and attendance vouchers, review and adjusting for allocated budget, and take actions prior to budget deficiency through a Procurement interaction.

Major Responsibilities

Safety is a primary responsibility in every act or scope at SRNS. Onboarding of the individual to include directing the initial safety training (GET) and reinforce basic safety rules. Initiate an initial safety culture for each staff aug personnel.

Serve as an "in person" resource for staff aug personnel who have questions or concerns for contractual matters for the duration of the subcontract.

Financial processing for time and attendance integrity will be an ongoing high-level assignment. Initial guidance and assistance to obtain the required level of security clearance as required by the organization seeking the personnel. Out-processing activities at the end term of the subcontract.

Acting as a primary liaison between departmental or divisional organizations to coordinate productivity or attendance concerns, contractual questions, schedule and overtime compliance to procedures, and any other inquiries from the performing organizations.

Basic Education Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent State Credential

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, social management, customer relations, human resources, or related experience in a combination of general or specific areas of focus, depending upon the assignment – e.g., customer service representative or human resources or business management. These areas could include, but are not limited to, employee security, general administrative, or technical oversight. A knowledge of general business and financial practices, along with a more specific knowledge and understanding of managing personnel, teams, or coaching employees is required. Basic knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations relating to procurement practices as defined under DEAR and FAR is beneficial. Additional experience and training may be required such as MicroSoft Suite of applications, Site specific Procurement application, etc.
