We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, compassionate and motivated to help others. This position will be a part time receptionist in our West Bloomfield Assisted Living location. This position is for the midnight shift. 4 shifts per month.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Answering the phones
• Clerical duties; filing, typing correspondence, creating forms, etc.
• Ensuring that all individuals entering building are authorized and sign in/out.
• Notify maintenance staff when their services are necessary.
• Activate emergency staff calling tree for larger emergency situations.
• Notify police of unauthorized or suspicious individuals in and around the property.
• Other duties as assigned.
