The candidate must possess experience in Affordable Housing, Section 8 and LIHTC, including affordable policies and procedures, regulatory reporting, tenant relation and retention. Responsibilities include processing initial income certifications, annual income certifications, interim re-certifications, maintaining EIV master binder, EIV compliance and some support with regulatory reporting. Additional duties include leasing responsibilities, fiduciary tasks, administrative functions, affordable housing management, meeting resident retention goals, scheduling property maintenance and completion follow up and ensure compliance with company and government safety rules.

The ideal candidate will have certified occupancy specialist experience and be highly organized and detail oriented, have affordable housing certification (or equivalent) and be comfortable meeting or exceeding deadlines. Position reports to the Property Manager and Compliance Department. Yardi experience a plus and proficiency with MS Office.
