JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Assistant Manager ADC directs the daily operations of assigned ADCs and respective staff, while performing duties of an ADC attendant. The Supervisor will need to make decisions quickly in regards to staffing of the ADC sites, including appropriate use of temporary agencies.
Assistant Manager ADC is responsible for the following duties:
- Ensuring assigned Donations Trailers are staffed.
• Assigning daily work tasks. • Communicating trailer removal needs to the Transportation Department.
- Maintaining payroll.
- Lifting incoming donations (up to 50 lbs.) and will be responsible for the following duties: travel to ADC sites and other areas as needed, unloading donations from their vehicles, and offering/issuing a receipt for every donor.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area at all times. This position will require working outside in extreme conditions, but most trailers have some form of heating/cooling (fans).
REQUIRES VALID NORTH CAROLINA DRIVER LICENSE
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Experience as an ADC Attendant or previous customer service experience is preferred.
HOURS: Hours will vary depending on location. Will be "on call" as necessary to respond to ADC needs.
PAY: $17.25
