Assistant Director of Nursing Job at Phoebe Ministries
We're hiring Full Time Assistant Director of Nursing with long-term care experience to join Phoebe Ministries at our Wernersville Campus.
General Responsibilities
Assists the Director of Nursing Services in various administrative tasks : screens, interviews, and selects new nursing personnel as needed. Implements strategies to achieve goals and complies with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements. Provides periodic reports to Director of Nursing Services and other groups as required throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory experience in long-term care nursing.
- Certificate in CPR.
