2 YEARS MULTI-UNIT KITCHEN MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- REPORTS TO DISTRICT CORPORATE CHEF & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
- MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS
- VISIONARY ON FOOD TRENDS
- CREATIVE MENU IMPLEMENTATION
- NEW STORE OPENING AND DESIGN EXPERIENCE
- SELF RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCREASED FOOD SALES
- SET AND MAINTAIN FOOD COSTS
- ENSURE PROPER ORDER AND PAR LEVELS ARE MAINTAINED
- NEGOTIATE WITH VENDORS AND MAKE PURCHASE DECISIONS BASED ON QUALITY, SERVICE AND PRICE
- KNOWLEDGE OF SNHD STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES
- CREATE SANITATION AND CLEANING PROCEDURES THAT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AT ALL PROPERTIES
- MANAGE AND RECRUIT KITCHEN MANAGERS AND COOKS AT ALL PROPERTIES
- SET TRAINING STANDARDS AND PRACTICES FOR ALL KITCHEN STAFF
- WORK WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGERS TO DEVELOP AN ON-GOING PROFITABLE STATEGY FOR EACH LOCATION THAT INCLUDES THE UTILIZATION OF ALL OUR ASSETS
- IN CHARGE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BACK OF THE HOUSE FIXED OPERATIONS
- NEGOTIATE WITH ALL PURVEYORS FOR BEST PRICE ON ALL ASPECTS OF THE BACK OF THE HOUSE INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, FOOD AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
- HIRING OF COOKS AND KITCHEN MANAGERS
- SNHD STANDARDS MAINTAINED AT AN "A" GRADE
- OSHA COMPLIANCY.
