INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Genesis team!


Local candidates only, this is a hybrid role.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day stewardship in managing integrated advertising campaigns and ensures that the agency delivers quality work on time and on budget.


The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, conducting minor presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet. This role’s primary responsibility will be to support the Integrated Account Team on national projects and will have daily interaction with clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the client daily to manage requests, identify needs and expectations
  • Facilitate creative and strategy development for small and large-scale campaigns
  • Status updates, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
  • Initiate projects derived from media plan, client business needs, and creative ideas
  • Work with strategy to brief internal creative and production teams
  • Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
  • Present and communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
  • Responsible for core team brand management tasks and act as product account lead
  • Work with product management on disclaimers, features, education around vehicles, product reviews
  • Prepare monthly broadcast rotations per national media, regional, and Tier 2 buys
  • Confirm monthly incentives and facilitate the tagging process alongside business traffic and production, for digital and broadcast
  • Facilitate the purchasing and signing of award uses alongside legal partners and clients.
  • Organize, operate and assets for asset management platform for global dealership’s access to creative
  • Lead Tier 3 asset creation and upload to content management platform
  • Help support Brand Manager with core team launch initiatives, across, video, digital and print mediums for campaigns.
  • Act as day to day for in-market and lifestyle digital channel lead. Collaborate with media team to ensure media digital buy deliverables are fulfilled, prepare briefs and assignment summaries. Work closely with project management, creatives and production. Facilitate client reviews and feedback.
  • Lead on asset intake from Genesis headquarter, media and other production partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of account and/or project management experience in an ad agency or client-side marketing department
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
  • Knowledgeable in MS software- Word, Power Point, Excel and KeyNote
