Asset Management Coordinator - Equipment Job at AVI Foodsystems, Inc
AVI Foodsystems is looking for a creative and energetic person to immediately hire to fill the role of Equipment Asset Management Coordinator at our Headquarters Service Center in Warren, Ohio. This person will be responsible for management, distribution, and tracking of all equipment assets from brand new to reassignment of used equipment to end of life. This position will work Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Process/approve equipment requests.
- Create and update equipment records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Track the timelines of the placement, movement, and return of all equipment.
- Monitor equipment inventories to meet par levels at all times.
- Oversee the monthly inventories at our locations.
- Distribute communications to locations in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience with asset management preferred but not necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong and assertive demeanor.
- Deductive reasoning skills.
- A professional, courteous and positive approach.
- Excellent writing and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Strong organization skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
