The Assembly/Packing Supervisor is an essential member of the team, responsible for all operations within the Assembly/Packing Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises and develops staff.
• Leads team to meet production goals.
• Supports team by providing technical and managerial support as needed.
• Ensures production areas are maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
• Adheres to all safety requirements and company policies
• Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-years supervisory experience.
• A proven track record of success that includes administrative management, facilities, creative problem-solving and business partner experience is desired.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal organizations, groups, team members and individuals.
• Ability to gain the respect and confidence of other team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with ERP Systems
