Pro Quality Cleaning is a commercial cleaning/janitorial service and supply company with a branch office in Exton, PA. The Exton branch office services the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

We are looking to hire an Area Manager to oversee current daily operations.

Your role will be to oversee daily operations with our customers & employees. You will be assigned to handle customer accounts/buildings and be responsible for the performance of those accounts. You will report to the company owner directly, have access to our office & warehouse supplies in Exton, and be overall responsible for the training and re-supplying of our employees, meeting with customers to ensure satisfaction, inspecting facilities for cleanliness, and taking care of any customer concerns.

This is a fast-paced, demanding job where flexibility and excellent communication is required.

Pay and Benefits:

In addition to a base salary of $55,000, you will have additional income opportunities through the following. A salary of $65,000+ is attainable.

• Commission opportunities by upselling customers specialty and floor care services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping & refinishing, and more.

• Commission opportunities by selling consumable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
