Job Title: Architect
Chapman Design Group, Inc. established in 1994 is an award winning architectural firm specializing in private commercial and truly custom residential. Our group is seeking a talented individual who works well independently and with others on a variety of projects including interaction with our construction division that produces a majority of the residential projects we design. Develop and produce all phases of service required to bring a project from concept through completion starting from initial client meeting, site selection, design, contract documents, and construction administration.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with REVIT for Architecture is a must, other design and management software a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience with an emphasis mainly on light frame commercial and residential projects.
YOUR ROLE
- Will work closely with the owner architect and other staff in each phase of the project delivery process.
- Develop and produce project designs in 2D & 3D using, REVIT, and other presentation and design software.
- Develop, coordinate and produce all aspects of project production of schematic design, design development and construction documents
DETAILS
- Anderson, SC is located halfway between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC on Lake Hartwell boasting nearly 1,000 miles of shoreline and an active historic downtown.
- Willingness to pursue professional registration a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with REVIT
- Strong communication skills and excellent graphic presentation skills.

- Demonstrates professional work ethic.
- Ability to understand, execute and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
