As an Applications Technician, you will provide support to Sales, Perfumers and Scent Design Managers by incorporating fragrances/raw materials into a base. This position reports to the Application Lab Supervisor, and you will be expected to adapt to changing tasks and instructions based on business demands throughout the day in order to satisfy internal and external customers.

You will spend your time...

• Making samples according to SOPs and customer requirements using a computer task management system (SAP)
• Verifying and Maintaining stock of lab materials (oils, bases, packaging, etc.).
• Following GLPs and maintaining a clean & safe work environment at your bay and throughout the lab.
• Providing help when it is needed in other labs.

Required Skills:

• Computer skills: Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge and comfortable using automated systems and computer task management tools.
• Communication – Must be comfortable communicating with Sales, SDMs & other lab personnel verbally as well as electronically.
• Team Player & Independent contributor
• Must be able to start and complete a task in a dynamic environment:
• Adapt to changes and priorities due to customer request.
• Must be safe and conscientious lab operator for the protection of all employees.

Required Experience:

• Must have successfully held a task oriented position for at least 6 – 12 months.
• Experience in the fragrance industry in a lab environment is desired.
• College experience, especially in a lab setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation ($48,100.00 - $50,000.00) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
