Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Application Developer to join our “Always On” strike teams to improve the resiliency of our applications. A candidate who enjoys the challenge of writing software and automation to create repeatable and reliable application deployment and maintenance processes.

Skill / Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 2+ years of experience Object Oriented Programming languages such as C#, or Java and Programming Principles.
• Must have prior experience working with Relational Databases such as MS SQL.
• Must have a working knowledge of the software development process, including analysis and design, development tools and technologies, and version control.
• Must have experience coordinating with users or internal resources to determine requirements.
• Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge such as experience with automation tools.

Job Responsibilities

• A Candidate will be able to create and manage complex application environments, deploy code and configuration, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead the rollout of software to QA, staging, and production environments, ensuring it meets technical requirements and downtime SLAs.
• Respond to and promptly resolve application and environmental issues as needed.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Innovative, excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Organized, ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated/ driven.
