Responsibilities

• Support development of organizational-wide revenue strategy, working closely with Senior Vice President and across lanes to chart a course towards a revenue model that aligns with Concert’s exceptional population-level clinical outcomes, not “hours per month” inputs
• Provide analyses to support health plan negotiations. Work hard to eliminate any plan-specific barriers to Collaborative Care, ensure fair rates for Concert and our partners, and align with and extend the transition to outcome-based revenue models
• Become a subject matter expert on Federal Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), Rural Health Clinic (RHC), and health system pricing to generate sustainable, positive-sum relationships for both parties
• Support strategy that stays centered in an “all panel” approach with our primary care partners. The vast majority of our partners do not have the strategy to accept a limited set of full-risk contracts.
• Research and recommend new service lines and delivery models that can solve important problems for critical stakeholders, align with Concert’s capabilities, and create opportunities for sustainable business growth.
• Develop advocacy agenda for government programs, with a particular focus on building sustainable models for Medicaid beneficiaries in every market Concert operates

Successful Applicants will Have:

• Healthcare Services Experience: Deep understanding of today’s health plan landscape and tomorrow’s trends toward risk-bearing medical groups and health systems
• Negotiations and Managed Care Contracting Experience: The right candidate will be a critical driver of our strategy, providing the analysis and why behind the ask
• Strong Analytical Skills: Concert Health has earned the right to collaborate with some of the most dynamic and scaled medical groups and health systems in the country. You will need to analyze and make recommendations based on a robust dataset.
• High Integrity, Builder Mindset: This role will play a key role within our organization & culture. The right candidate will think about translating our values and integrity into every system and person in the organization
• Advanced Excel experience
• Proficient in Powerpoint
• Billing level data & claims experience
• Interaction in Health Care Plans
• Value-based contracts experience
