SUMMARY:

Produce, interpret, maintain and distribute sales reports utilizing TDLinx, BDN and Nielsen data. Identify and report key account data, assist in guiding initiatives based on analyzed data. Provide support to VP Sales Administration, Marketing and Channel Management. Capture IRC expenses; assist in development of annual budgets: shipments, depletions, P&L; sales bonus development and tracking.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but not limited to the following:

· Interpret All Sales Data Reports

· Produce, maintain, distribute and analyze BDN, TDLinx & Nielsen sales reports

· Identify and report key account data with field sales

· Assist in guiding initiatives based on analyzed data

· National Account support: pricing, presentations, queries, analysis, TDLinx

· IRC Expense Tracking

· Monthly COT report maintenance and distribution for region, district, state, distributor, varietal

· PowerPoint development for field sales

· Assist in development of annual sales goals: shipments and depletions

· Assist in development of annual P&L budgets by region, district

· Sales bonus development and tracking

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

• 5 or more years experience in sales administration
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, AMS
• Ability to work well with all departments: Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
