Airbnb Property Quality Assurance Director Job at Paradise Rental Group
Quality assurance supervisor needed for San Diego Airbnb Properties. 7 properties are located in Mission Beach, 3 are located in San Diego, 2 in Oceanside, 2 in La Mesa, and 1 in Chula Vista. Duties would include light repairs, Diligent and Meticulous quality assurance of the property (furniture, linens, appliances, painting, fixtures, decor, etc.).
Prior experience working in quality assurance for hotels or vacation rentals is preferred. Management of cleaners/maintenance staff and communication with guests would also be a job duty. Shopping, decorating, and process improvement would be a frequent responsibility.
Daily gas reimbursement provided. Weekend availability required.
1099 Position.
