The Housekeeper works as part of a team and autonomously, closely supported by the Property Manager and Maintenance Team, to ensure timely and effective cleaning services for our residents. The Housekeeper is primarily responsible for the overall appearance & cleanliness of all common spaces and hallways throughout our properties. The Housekeeper is also responsible for performing in-unit housekeeping services and cleaning of vacant units as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Understanding of basic tool, safe chemical and personal protective equipment use.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and be trustworthy
- Be able to prioritize and perform housekeeping responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven record of high-quality janitorial experience. Minimum of 1 year experience
- Feel comfortable performing labor-intensive tasks and lift heavy objects
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
