We are looking to bring in a great AGENT TRAINER...
You will:
- Assist new agents with carrier platform training
- Assist new agents with understanding the underwriting, quoting & binding process
- Assist with live classroom facilitation
- Be available to answer agent questions and carrier appetite
- Assist all agents with risk placement
- Assist new agency owners with achieving their production goals

The role WILL be a good fit if you:*
- Have an insurance sales background
- Multi state and multi carrier P&C background
- Enjoy helping others learn to build their own agencies
- Have a strong understanding of insurance carrier underwriting
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment

The role WILL NOT be a good fit if you:*
- Have not sold P&C insurance prior
- Are uncomfortable being on camera in virtual classroom setting
- Don’t enjoy training people of various skill levels
