The primary function of the Advertising Coordinator position is to provide support for the sales team; assisting them in the sales details and functions within the advertising department. Will coordinate paperwork and facilitate communication between the customer, creative artists, sales consultants, and management. Additionally, will produce and distribute revenue reports as needed, communicate and coordinate printing with the Press and outside service providers, create newspaper and special section layouts including the measurement of advertising percentages, and provide ad booking support.

Successful candidates will have amazing communication, customer service, and organizational skills; fanatical attention to detail; and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with remote team members and partners. Must also have the ability to juggle multi-faceted priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
