We are looking for a full-time Adoption Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as an Adoption Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Support Worker’s teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. Support Worker’s work together with families to create a safe, stable, flexible and comfortable environment for all of the family members.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, who wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children and families grow, learn, and build healthy relationships and responses to each other with a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
