Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the President and management staff
- Organize and plan management meetings
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare various correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for staff management
- Provide front office coordination, including backup phone support to the receptionist, mail distribution, and Division Admin
- Oversee and administer the display/premium program
- Resolve any issues that arise
- Perform general administrative responsibilities for Territory Management
- Uphold excellent customer communication
- Manage visitor planning/preparation for customers and vendors
- Perform general office/kitchen clean up
- Manage daily reports for the President
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies and the preparation of presentation materials
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience in a business environment
- Display a high degree of honesty and integrity
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Innovative thinker that takes initiative
- Team player who motivates other
- Ability to work with sensitive materials and issues while maintaining the confidentiality
- Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Skilled with switchboard, IBM PC, and associated software, such as fax machine, photocopier, and 10-key calculator
Work Model:

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
