Overview:This position will support the A5/8/9 which is responsible for requirements generation, directing AFRL Science and Technology efforts, and planning/programming/budgeting to secure prioritized warfighter capability. Work location will be Langley AFB, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HQ ACC A5/8/9 support in the areas of Core Function Team Plans, Programming and Requirements, Weapons System Team, and Resource Management.

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year HQ ACC Division level office manager experience.
  • Experience assisting with calendar management to include de-conflicting meeting requests, travel plans, scheduling meetings, changing meeting times, and providing meeting support.
  • Experience managing Division level calendars to ensure meetings are scheduled with appropriate personnel and de- conflicted with other meetings.
  • Experience integrating inputs from Division members for staff meetings, and external reporting within ACC up to the Directorate level.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, TMT, and Defense Travel System.
  • Five (5) years’ experience knowledge in the management of calendar appointments and the tracking of taskers using NIPR/SIPR Microsoft Outlook organizational email accounts.
