Accounts Payable Supervisor Job at Ascendo Resources
This role will report to the AP Manager overseeing a team of 3 AP Specialists
The organization has acquired a company which has increased the workload adding 11 additional locations to the existing portfolio and they are looking to automate the AP to decrease some of the manual processes. The current system is MS Dynamics.
- Salary range: $30/hr. temp
- This is a remote position maybe 1 day in office
- Great company culture and laid-back leadership * Minimum of 3 years AP analytical or supervisory experience
Intermediate Excel Skills (vlookups, if/then formulas, pivot tables, filtering, ease of use, familiarity to read/understand current formulas, etc.)
ERP System experience (BC Dynamics preferred, Oracle/SAP/Great Plains/etc.) Microsoft 365 Office (Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.
Non-Technical Skills: Respond to outside vendors and co-workers efficiently and effectively in a timely manner both in written and verbal communication.
Position Tasks (only some are noted and can be adjusted accordingly):
- Ability to go into the office one or two days a week. Each week, this person would have a designated day to go to the office. The second day would be to help cover shifts if someone is unable to go in due to vacations/sick days.
- Invoice Processing and Uploads
- 1099 reviews and processing
- Invoice hold resolution
- Weekly Check Printing
- Invoice Audits to ensure accuracy among team members
- Works with management if training and testing are needed for new automated processes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
