This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned AP professional to join a global company. In addition to the full cycle AP, the successful candidate would be working with our accounts payable team globally to prioritize and resolve AP related issues, identify improvement areas (system and process) and initiate changes.
- Responsible for full accounts payable cycle and prepayments.
- Liason with Supply Chain and Shared Services Team globally to resolve issues.
- Perform month-end related accruals (expense, payable and intercompany)
- Perform GL reconciliations for payables accounts.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required for vendor or AP related information.
- Correspond with vendors and employees regarding invoices, payments and discrepencies.
- Monthly vendor statement reconciliations.
- Assist with year-end audit.
- Other duties as required.
