Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Receive invoices via mail or email
• Match invoices to packing slips and verify shipping receipts
• Compile invoices and enter into our ERP system using correct general ledger codes
• Print batch checks weekly
• Match printed and signed checks to corresponding invoices
• File completed paperwork
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Track and manage company credit card receipts
• Receive and distribute company mail
• Cell phone administration
• Order business supplies
• Job Cost Warranty and Travel Expenses
• Reconciliation and Journal Entry duties

Required Skills

• Proficient in Windows-based software, Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel experience
• 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail and use of initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and needs in a positive manner, quick learner, not afraid to ask questions.
• Strong problem-solving skills

• ERP Accounting software experience – Epicor Preferred
• Associates degree in accounting
