Accounts Payable Analyst Job at LA Financial
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Philadelphia, PA- HYBIRD (On-site training and then 2 days in-office after training)
Salary Range: $23-25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process from start to finish, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately coded and approved in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
- Assist with month-end close and other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
