Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington is looking to add an Automotive Payable & Receivable Clerk to our fast-paced automotive dealership Accounting Office.
CDK experience is preferred!
The Automotive Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk performs a variety of general accounting duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Experience in Automotive dealership accounting is required.

Responsibilities:
- Posting Car Deals
- Package finance contracts and follow-up on funding delays
- Payoff floorplan
- Product cancellations & refunds
- Post wholesales and dealer trades
- Reconciling Bank accounts
- Extended warranty payables & reconciling
- Post & reconcile parts statements
- Stock in inventory
- Other duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Automotive Accounting Experience
- Excellent Communication skills; verbal & written
- Must be able to deal with confidential info appropriately
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Professional & dependable
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- CDK experience preferred but not required.
