Description:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Supervises teams of clerks to complete assigned audits; delegates appropriately. Trains clerks in performance of audits. Ensures that daily audits are performed completely and accurately, that journal entries are correct and that audit documentation is retained in accordance with Company policies. Assists with various month-end Close responsibilities. Prepares taxes and licenses in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Completes assigned reconciliations utilizing Company systems. Leads discussions and conducts classes on pertinent topics. Responsible for complying with Corporate Policies and Procedures. Maintains work area in an organized and neat manner. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Embraces and generates innovative ways to improve individual and business performance. Executes on planned change.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Possesses proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to supervise teams of clerks in the performance of multiple audits. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively. Flexible working hours and schedule required.
