MWT is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting and payroll functions of our fast growing organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Quickbooks.
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient with payroll software (Paycor)
• Ability to work independently
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be deadline oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job functions

• Responsible for payroll function including processing bi-weekly payroll and monthly commissions
• Oversee all internal bookkeeping and accounting functions such as accounts payable, reconciliation and financial reporting
• Open and maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, banking for all entities
• Professional cross department communication
