FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency, is looking for an Account Supervisor or Managing Supervisor to join North Carolina’s consumer brand marketing team. This position is a great opportunity for a creative thinker with a desire to work on integrated campaigns for consumer brands, someone who is equally comfortable with driving earned headlines and executing influencer relations programs.

- Oversee day-to-day integrated influencer marketing programs, including counsel on social influencer as well as earned & social media strategy
- Creatively concept, ideate and develop influencer marketing campaigns and plans that deliver results throughout the marketing funnel – from perception-driving, to loyalty/advocacy and traffic conversion
- Develop and manage day-to-day elements of influencer and integrated PR campaigns for consumer, retail and health client; develop timelines and keep track of deadlines
- Regularly identify and act upon cultural & social platform trends into – from trending topics to emerging influencers and unique content
- Identify, assess, and strategically recommend brand-right influencer targets based on campaign objectives and desired outcomes
- Operationalize robust influencer programs and teams, including building positive relationships with influencers and talent contacts on behalf of the agency and clients and overseeing junior team members in influencer governance
- Develop high-quality written materials, including but not limited to: influencer content briefs that reflect current trends and reflect brand messaging priorities, pitch letters, background materials, recommendation and planning documents
- Oversee measurement and analysis of program results to provide valuable insights and optimizations; compile thorough and accurate reports
- Manage and mentor junior staff on executional elements of client projects

Cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- 7-9+ years of experience managing social influencer as well as earned campaigns for brands and developing relevant plans and strategies. Agency experience is preferred
- Creative, strategic thinker equally comfortable with programs that drive earned media headlines and executing influencer relations programs with a desire to work on fully integrated campaigns
- Obsessively “in the know” about platform and content trends across channels, ability to identify proactive opportunities for clients to join conversation in real time
- In-depth understanding of social and influencer measurement approaches, ability to analyze and provide strategic recommendations around approach
- Capable of envisioning and incorporating creative influencer activations into larger integrated programs, connecting dots across social and earned
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations, including: identification, vetting, negotiation, creative and content direction, relationship management, measurement and analysis
- Well-rounded traditional media relations experience in consumer/lifestyle space, with proven understanding of how to craft compelling, culturally relevant pitches that meet client objectives
