Position Summary:

As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and work in a collaborative environment to fulfill the administrative needs for our Corporate Accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Executive and managing the day-to-day activities of our customer and develop an effective relationship with them, while delivering a best-in-class customer journey. A successful candidate will possess strong client interaction, organization, communication, sales, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying that all procedures, service changes, and system modifications have been successfully communicated and applied to customer accounts.
  • Coordinate all promotional activity and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Facilitate administrative duties including weekly status reports, project documentation, communication of customer updates, and internal job management.
  • Support Corporate Sales team in daily deliverables, activities, and deadlines.
  • Strengthen client relationships though support of the Account Executive.
  • Monitor key metrics and develop solutions with customer and distribution centers.
  • Maintain periodic reporting for customer, distribution centers, and Account Executive.
  • Monitor the status of product orders to ensure timely receipt of product into distribution centers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 2- 3 years of work experience in customer management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word).
  • Superior analytical skills, ability to mine data and construct metrics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and perform responsibilities with minimal direction.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
