Avenue i Media is a fast-paced digital media company with offices one block from the sand in beautiful Rivera Village of (south) Redondo Beach, California. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic, committed, proactive and resourceful individuals joining forces to propel our company forward in the dynamic world of Performance Marketing.
We are looking for a superstar, perhaps in the onset of their career, to join our Account Management Team and help take us to the next level! As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with account executives and the ad-operations team to develop the relationships and accounts of our valued customers within Avenue i’s Partner Channel.
Our winning team will combine with proprietary technology and fine-tuned processes to form a “Tripod of Success” as we expand our market reach exponentially over the next 12 months. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of account management or sales experience and be willing to learn, grind and thrive during this exciting and spirited time in our company’s history.

Compensation:
- $50K a year + monthly commission
- Vacation and sick leave

Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and grow & manage relationships with them
- Create and optimize customer CPC campaigns
- Correspond with customers in a timely manner to provide a high level of support
- Investigate issues and bugs in order to resolve or escalate problems accordingly
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding pending requests or issues
- Recommend new implementations for customers a result of knowing their needs
- Suggest ways to improve our platform in order to help internal & external benefactors
- Craft actionable reporting to help optimize lead conversion and quality
- Assist team in a wide range of analytical and operational projects
- Present findings from analysis and reporting to management
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as an Account Manager
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding research skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal and time management skills
- Dependable and motivated self-starter
- Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
- Experience in Online Marketing a plus
