Job description

Fuse Specialty Appliances, a wholesale/retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks an Account Manager for our showroom in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The individual will have or gain a high degree of expertise in the premium appliance market while learning and executing on critical CRM behaviors including prospecting, follow-up and fulfillment. A commission based role, there is no cap on earnings. Bilingual in spanish is a plus

Specific duties include:

• Attending trainings (live and virtual)
• Meeting customers in showroom, in home/business, or on job-site to discuss and plan project requirements.
• Coordinating customer readiness to ensure product availability as well as just in time inventory management.
• Administration – updating CRM system as well as ERP with all relevant customer interaction data.
• Report on days/weeks events

**Some nights and weekend work required during events.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Willingness and ability to travel locally

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
