Atrium Staffing Sherman Oaks, CA

Our client, a full-service accounting and business management firm, is looking for an Account Manager for their Sherman Oaks office. The Account Manager will utilize their bookkeeping and general tax and payroll knowledge to support a large population of entertainment and music clientele.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k – $95k

Position Overview:

The Account Manager will manage daily client and vendor interactions, as well as the daily needs of the firm’s Partners. The Account Manager will assist with accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, payroll, and bookkeeping activities. An individual with entertainment and music industry, and experience working with high net worth clientele will excel in this position.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations, and monthly cash flow.
Heavy client and vendor interaction.
Respond to daily client or partner requests.
Assist with daily client cash management needs.
New client intake and setup

Qualifications of the Account Manager:

  • Experience working with high net worth clientele.
  • Entertainment and music industry and tour experience is highly preferred.
  • Heavy bookkeeping experience, with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general tax knowledge.
  • Experience with AgilLink and QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
