Job Requirements:
-GED or High school diploma
-18 year of age + Must be able to pass ECECD background check and obtain CPR card upon hire
-Must complete COVID-19 mandatory training upon hire
-Physically able to lift/change children in diapers (25 LBS +)
-Meet Deadlines
-Must be extremely dependable with attendance as we have State Ratios to meet
-Organized
-Ability to create and execute lesson plans
-Must follow all regulating bodies including; ECECD, NECPA, CACFP, NM PRE-K and etc.
-Most importantly you must be able to provide a safe and loving environment for our children
-Must be able to stay up to date on all required training.
Higher starting pay for degree, 45 hour certification, and CDA certified, Degreed Employees'
