Incredible Florida VIP seeking a dynamic and energetic live-out Housekeeper to help them care for their home and family.
Details/Duties:
All Housekeeper Duties across the 4-bed, 4-bath estate
Requirements:
- 5 + years' experience within private/formal homes
- Outstanding references
- Candidate must be active, super smart and switched on
- Detail-oriented, good communicator, able to work as part of a team and independently, and good at taking directions
- Must be knowledgeable in taking care of fine art, wood, rugs, silver, and delicate laundry
- Tasks include (but not limited to) deep cleaning of the house, laundry, keeping the pantry and closets organized, grocery shopping, and errands if needed
- Assisting with packing & unpacking (VIP travels 50% of the year)
- Must be comfortable working around pets (1 small, very friendly dog)
- Familiar with non-toxic and organic products is ideal (not essential)
- Driver required (occasional errands such as grocery shopping or collection of dry cleaning, etc.)
- Able to travel internationally if necessary, or be entrusted to care for the home in absence of Principal

- Salary Offered: up to $85k DOE
- Benefits: 2 weeks vacation (10 business days) + 5 sick/PTO days
