Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead maintenance technicians to achieve maintenance goals
- Provide support to production activities by performing maintenance on production equipment and faculty systems
- Oversee the educational pay programs for all maintenance technicians
- Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to lead proactive maintenance programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
