Role Description: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst I will closely work with Envision subject matter experts and the Project Manager to gather and document client implementation configuration requirements in a template client profile excel document. They will document and clarify client UAT feedback and will be required to be on client calls. Work closely with data team on data migration and or integration projects. They may need to Demo configuration updates to the internal team.

Role Description
Role Description: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst I will closely work with Envision subject matter experts and the Project Manager to gather and document client implementation configuration requirements in a template client profile excel document. They may need to Demo configuration updates to the internal team.
Role and responsibilities
- Entering the configuration requirements from client requirement workshop sessions and homework documentation into the client profile excel workbook
- Enter configuration work into Envision ticket system
- Working with a Business lead to Iron out the Requirements including data migration and integration mapping
- Point person for Tiger team or Data team to document missing information on Requirements
- Attends client calls with the Business leads
- Interacting with clients, gathering requirements and understand business process.
- Documenting stories, use cases, epics, business rules, gathering user feedback etc.
- Quickly learn about dependent systems, projects, and tools in our complex ecosystem.
- Coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
- Participate in product team meetings and provide subject matter expertise to the team.
- Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic technical skills required, specifically using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Business and data flows using Visio or similar diagramming software.
- SQL, Data analysis with domain understanding.
- Business Process Re-engineering software and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS SQL.
- Experience with Big Data, BI, UX/UI, and Mobility
- SDLC, Agile, TDD, and Cloud Computing Technologies.
- Six Sigma, ITIL, and COBIT.
- 4 to 5 years of work experience in systems or application development
- Associate degree in Communications, English, Management Information Systems, or Liberal Arts; Bachelor’s preferred and a minor in Information Technology or Computer Science
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university is preferred.
