EDUCATION: Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 3 years of directly related experience or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Material Management and/or Business Administration educational background.
- Experience in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Assessment & Analysis, Detailed Scheduling, Manufacturing industry and Project Management
- Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to clearly and effectively present information
- Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with multiple functional areas
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
- Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
- Fully bilingual
- Computer literacy (Windows environment: Word, Excel, and Power Point) it’s required
- Strong Knowledge in Free Trade Zone, TSA, SURI
- Knowledge in SAP and Rapid Response Ensure the whole shipment release process is being carried out efficiently such as booking, pack, check, release cargoes to transporter/forwarder.
- Ensure cargo released to correct transporter/forwarder Booking with local transporter/forwarder for shipment release Loading and unloading of cargos into and from container at in-house and customers’ site
- Ensure assigned EHS related duties carried out accordingly
- Ensure proper filing/documentation/record of related documents Liaise with transporter for materials transfer arrangement
SHIFT: 4 hrs diary on Site.
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
