The Boys & Girls Club of Rutland County is seeking Youth Development Professionals for our facilities located in Benson & Orwell. If you enjoy working with children and like being on your feet and interacting with them in order to make their afterschool experience high quality and fun, then the Boys & Girls Club might be a perfect fit for you.
Primary Duties: oversee afterschool programming with children ages, 5 to 15, a YDP plans, implements, and supervises programs and activities in structured, specialized program spaces. Specialized content areas include: Education, Social Recreation, Cultural Arts, Sports & Fitness, Outdoor Recreation, and STEM.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 2:30 to 6:30
Salary: $15.00/hr Then a increase after 90 days if appropriate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
