Yield Management Analyst (Digital Media & Social Campaign Marketing) Job at Stefanini IT Solution

We are hiring for a Yield Management Analyst!
What You'll be DOING:
Plan, execute, manage, analyze and optimize acquisition ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Outbrain and other platforms.
Document and provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and profit margin analysis.
Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns by collaborating with multiple teams.
Oversee QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance.
Employ data-driven approach to campaign decision-making.
The IDEAL candidate must have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of digital media & social campaign marketing experience
- Experiencing running ad campaigns in Facebook and Google with ability to optimize towards specific objectives.
- Microsoft Excel expertise is a must. Adobe Analytics and Tableau experience preferred.
- Programmatic experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and creative mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
