SUMMARY:
Justrite Safety Group is looking for a Business Analyst who can work remotely. The Business Analyst (ERP Analyst) is responsible for assisting in the implementation, development, and support of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. In this specific position, the person will work closely with other ERP analysts and developers in the day-to-day operations to primarily support Infor XA including MAPICS, Infor PowerLink, Elite Forms, and Infor WMS within the enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3-5 years of experience on multiple ERP systems (Infor XA Preferable). The focus should be in the modules used in manufacturing environments such as quality management, manufacturing systems, warehouse management and process control systems.
- Use knowledge and experience in manufacturing to review, analyze and implement improvements in company processes and procedures for better utilization of ERP systems and other business applications
- Understand customer issues and requirements and provide suitable technical solutions after an end-to-end analysis of the current application
- Functional expertise in Manufacturing, warehouse management and Inventory.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of core Infor XA functions and modules.
- Experience with full lifecycle of implementations (discovery, requirements, building, test, training and support)
- Support and train users in their various functional processes. Provide recommendations based on best practices.
- Involvement in supporting change management and process improvement.
- Experience drafting work instructions to define internal SOPs. Maintain departmental documentation related to projects and changes.
- Provide program problem resolutions with a clear understanding of file structures and programming techniques
- Strong user and application support including presentation skills (face-to-face and virtual) required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, and work both independently, in teams and with other business units.
- Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio and SharePoint Online.
- Travel within the United States and some International travel will be required up to 20%.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Infor XA experience required
- Understanding of XA’s planning (APS/MRP) setup, engine, and toolset
- Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine Quality (QCS) setup and functionality preferred
- Experience with Infor XA security groups setup and management
- Keyence handheld scanners or similar barcode scanning technologies
- Basic understanding of SQL tables, views, queries, functions, and triggers
- Experience with label printing integration with Infor XA
- Help desk ticketing systems for issue logging and resolution with users
- Project management skills and experience with Microsoft Project
