Using Wraparound values, principles and practices, the Wraparound Facilitator provides intensive support interventions for identified families. Such interventions include running team meetings, coordinating care with other agencies, developing and utilizing informal/formal supports, identifying and making use of family strengths, etc. The goal of the NM Wraparound CARES is to help the youth and family realize their vision and increase their autonomy from formal systems.
The following essential skills are required: Engagement skills, planning skills, implementation skills, transition skills, and other essential skills to develop the trust and respect with all family members of the team. The Wraparound Facilitator will be required to complete “Foundations of Wraparound Practice” training.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in social work or other related discipline, experience in providing direct family services and at least 2 years experience working in the behavioral health field.
This is a full time position, M-F with flexible hours required to meet the needs of the youth and family.
Background check and drug test required. COVID vaccination required. La Casa is an EOE.
