As a Store Manager you will be the point of contact to your team and will be coaching, motivating, training, and leading your team to success by showing them how to reach their monthly goal while providing great customer service. • Retention, ensuring a positive comfortable work environment for Sales Advocates to grow and learn;
• Marketing-setting new trends to drive customers in;
• Employee Training/Development, for both new and vetted employees;
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Ensuring the end-of-day paper is done and depositing monies into the bank daily

In Order to be a Store Manager, you need the following: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Travel is required sometimes for training purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
