We are Hiring for all snow removal positions.
We want YOU on our Winter Team.
At Total Property Management, we are experts in the field of lawn maintenance, landscaping, grounds management and snow removal to name a few. We provide services to commercial properties in the West Michigan area.
We have multiple positions open in Plainwell/Allegan, Kalamazoo, Paw Paw, Portage, Battle Creek & Three Rivers including:
Heavy Equipment Operators- $15-$25/hour
Plow/Salt Truck Drivers -$15-$25/hour
Plow Truck Drivers $15-$20/hour
Sidewalk Machine Operators $15-$18/hour + $2/hour end of season bonus
Shovelers $14-$17 per hour + $2/hour end of season bonus
Our vehicles and equipment are newer with 90% of our heavy equipment being less than 2 years old.
Seasonal positions can lead to full time, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, sick time, vacation time, retirement savings, bonus program, etc.
Expect overnight and on-call shifts.
