Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative to join their award-winning team! Meet customers and create long-lasting relationships that will drive future business!

The Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and online orders from independent repair shops, collision centers, fleets, and municipalities to sell OEM and aftermarket parts for both Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart. Furthermore, they need to listen to customers and address any needs that the customer voices.

Job Requirements/Preferences:

• Prior dealership or aftermarket Automotive Parts sales experience REQUIRED
• Prior Ford, GM, Nissan, or Mopar OEM experience a PLUS
• Prior Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience helpful
• Clean drug test and background check (safety-sensitive position)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to connect with and communicate with customers
• Excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell and upsell parts to customers that call, email, or send online orders
• Talk to customers about the advantages of working with Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart
• Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
• Work with factory representatives to improve your product knowledge
• Talk to your customers about monthly promotions and specials
• Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
• Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

• How many years of experience do you have working for either a dealership parts department or aftermarket parts department?
• How many years have you been selling automotive parts in a wholesale environment?
• Can you work 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday and one every four Saturdays from 7AM to 3PM
• This is a safety-sensitive position, and requires that you pass a drug test that screens for marijuana. Can you pass this test?
