This position can be located in Orlando, FL, Davenport, IA, Columbus, OH, Olathe, KS, Wichita, KS, Minneapolis, MS, Moline, IL or Des Moines, IA per the hiring manager's discretion.
This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Whole Goods and Program Specialist for JD Olathe Demonstration Site (Deseret Ranch) located in Orlando, Florida, you will work with Region 4 Training Centers and Colleges to manage equipment orders all the way through the process from orders, order fulfillment, delivery to training center, and final transfer to Dealer Organizations. In addition, you will:
Ensure that daily tasks and order fulfillment/order management and shipping processes are completed and accounted.- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping logistics, center tasks are performed accurately, efficiently and on time to meet customer requirements.

What Skills You Need
Ensures that daily order fulfillment functions are completed as required.- Ensures that order management functions are completed daily.
- Supports and assists the Training Centers and related Dealer Organizations.
- Utilizes systems such as (Sales Center), (JDMINT), and (Parts Advisor) to support programs.
- Works with outside companies to manage logistics of equipment shipping.
- Assists in managing the workload and order fulfillment projects relative to order management.
What Makes You Stand Out
High level of experience in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.- Ability to constantly re-prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously with multiple parties involved.
- 1 or more years experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's Degree
