Tesseract Fabrication is a custom fabrication job shop that specializes in creating high-quality, custom metal products for a variety of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced TIG welder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in TIG welding, with a strong background in custom fabrication. They should be comfortable reading blueprints and welding a variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel.

Responsibilities:

· Interpret and execute blueprints and schematics

· TIG weld a variety of metals to produce high-quality, custom metal products for industrial, robotic, and food industries

· Maintain welding equipment and perform regular maintenance

· Inspect and troubleshoot welds to ensure quality standards are met

· Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years of experience in TIG welding

· Experience with custom fabrication

· Ability to read blueprints and schematics

· Experience welding a variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

· Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

· Ability to work independently on large scope projects with minimal supervision

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
